If you are a Single Parent Family and you fall at or below a certain income* you can be treated for half price services.
We realize that your job as a single parent can be overwhelming with stress and financial constraints. You and your family needs quality Chiropractic care more than ever due to these stresses. We realize that finances may be keeping you from getting these services and that is why Healthcare for Heroes Nonprofit was created.

All you have to do to become a patient is check your income guidelines to see if you qualify at the level of income needed. If that is good then click here to fill out the new patient form, when you present yourself as a new patient show your last year’s tax return and it’s done!
Every new patient to Healthcare for Heroes will need a new patient exam on your first visit to properly assess your body mechanics and to know which method of treatment is right for you. That same day you can get your spinal adjustment. Your optimal treatment suggestions will be explained to you and you can choose how many adjustments you want.
Payment options: cash/check/credit card. No insurance accepted on this program, as services are already discounted by 50%.

You qualify for Healthcare for Heroes Chiropractic care if you are a single parent and have:
1 child and have an Adjusted Gross Income at or below – $32,480
2 children and have an Adjusted Gross Income at or below – $40,840
3 children and have an Adjusted Gross Income at or below – $49,200
4 children and have an Adjusted Gross Income at or below – $57,560
